STRESS is NORMAL

It happens to everyone. It may happen because of marriage, job, transfer, promotion, retirement, admission, studies, results, success, failure, death or any other positive or negative event. Same event may be positive to someone and may happen to be negative to someone.

Try to search the positive values in the event. If you feel that you are stressed because of pace of life, fast moving life, fast moving time, and so you are getting left behind then think twice. It may not be same. Time may be on its own pace. Anyway you see that you can achieve much more if you move on your pace.

Everyone has some stress. It may be genuine. If there is zero tension or stress then many students won’t study, employees will be late in office, no one will care to meet the target.

Don’t worry. Control stress. Think positive. Think solutions. Think alternatives. Move ahead. You will get SUCCESS.
