Recognition of Engineering Colleges : In India –
- College should be recognized UGC accredited University
- College should be recognized by AICTE
- If you are direct student of University, i.e. university campus, then AICTE recognition is optional, because AICTE recognition is not mandatory for UGC recognized University as per judgement of Hon’able Supreme Court in the case of Bharthidasan University v/s AICTE .
