Working in Industry ITI – Diploma

I am ITI pass. I am working in Industry as Technician. How can I improve my job career ?

ITI is 2 years course after SSC or 10th. After ITI one can work as technician in any industry. It is technical line.

ITI pass students can do Diploma in Engineering. Diploma is 3 years course but after ITI, first year is exempted, so it is two years course for them.

Diploma in Engineering will help the candidate (1) in gaining knowledge and skills (2) increments and promotions within company (3) job jump in to any other company. One can become junior engineer or trainee engineer after Diploma  in Engineering.

Fees or the course shall be approx Rs. 50,000 per year. It may vary college to college.

After Diploma in Engineering, one can do Degree in Engineering like B.E. or B.Tech. which will further take 3 years and help candidate in becoming Engineer.

Be careful. Do only UGC recognized and AICTE approved Diploma in Engineering and B.E. in Engineering. This will be valid even for Govt. jobs.
