A) Fashion design is a form of art dedicated to the creation of clothing and other lifestyle accessories. फैशन डिजाईन एक कला है. इसमें हम कपड़ो के रूप, रंग, आकार के बारे में पढ़ते हैं. कपड़े का मैटेरियल, कपड़े की अच्छाई आदि के बारे में भी पढ़ते हैं. कपड़े के साथ साथ पहनावे की अन्य चीजों के बारे में भी पढ़ते हैं, जैसे कि बेल्ट, चश्मा, मफलर, दुपट्टा आदि. इन्हें एसेसरीज कहते हैं. पढाई के बाद उस पर काम करते हैं. टेलरिंग फैशन डिजाईन का एक पार्ट है.
Q) Who should do fashion designing ? फैशन डिजाइनिंग कौन करे ?
A) Fashion design is a form of art. To work as a designer, you should have an artistic and creative personality. You also have to be good at drawing and able to express your ideas in sketches. You don’t necessarily have to be a great artist, but you must have some special skills for combining colors, tones and shades. You also have to be able to work with fabric and use textiles in a creative and original manner. Fashion designers have a good visual imagination and are able to think in three-dimensions and put their ideas into garments. फैशन डिजाइनिंग एक कला है. इसमें आप की रूचि होनी चाहिए. आप को कला में रूचि होनी चाहिए. आप को क्रिएटिव या रचनात्मक होना चाहिए. ड्राइंग या स्केच बनाने में अच्छा होना चाहिए. रंग, टोन, शेड, आदि में रूचि हो. कपड़े व् उसके टेक्सटाइल की परख हो. आप कल्पनाशील हों. यदि आप में यह सब गुण हैं तो आप के लिए फैशन डिजाइनिंग अच्छा रहेगा.
Q) How to become professional ? प्रोफेशनल कैसे बनें ?
A) You can do Diploma in Fashion Designing or Bachelor in Fashion Designing course. There are many good Institutes. NIFT is famous in India. It is Govt Institute. NIFD is private institute. There are many other good Institutes. Please check in your area. इसके लिए आप पढाई करिए और बाद में प्रैक्टिस करिए, काम करिए. अगर आपने 12वीं किया है तो बहुत अच्छा है. इसके बाद आप फैशन डिजाईन में प्रोफेशनली काम कर सकते हैं. भरत में निफ्ट या NIFT बहुत बड़ा सरकारी इंस्टिट्यूट है. इसके अलावां NIFD प्राइवेट इंस्टिट्यूट है. कई अन्य अच्छे इंस्टिट्यूट भी हैं. आप अपने एरिया मालूम करे.
