Sociology is bonding between human relationships and institutions. It is a study of development, structure and functioning of human society.In case of both Sociology, methodology and subject matter, there is a wide topic. Whatever the human does, it is appropriate in the category of social structure or social activity. Sociology has gradually made it’s focus to build other subjects such as medical, military organisation, public relations and even scientific knowledge. It is more helpful to us. It has many benefits such as problem solving, data analysis, critical thinking and reasoning, clear working, leadership, working independently, self-motivation and project planning.

SCOPE
One can do job in Government Sector, Private Sector in administration, HR, Social Welfare Departments, Planning Department, Education Department, other departments. One can become teacher in school or college. One can work with NGO or start his own NGO for social works. Students prefer sociology as a subject in UPSC and state government examinations.
