Finance – Every organization needs finance, earns and manages finance. Activities involve Budgets, Accounts, Bills, Recoveries, Salaries, Loans, Funds, Banks and other finance related functions.
Marketing – Sales, Advertisement, Branding, Product and Company Promotion, Understating and creating market, Customer Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retails, …
Operations – Production and Operations are more important in large organizations involved in manufacturing or service sector like Industries, BPO etc.
Project Management – It best suits to Engineering sector IT sector. It also works good for Business projects, NGO projects, Social projects, Event Management etc.
Specialization Courses depend on the specialization you select. e.g. If you have selected HR then courses like Industrial Relations, Organization Development, HR resource planning, HR development, Conflict Resolution will be of your choice.
In case you have selected Marketing then Consumer Behaviour, Sales & promotions, Service sector marketing, Retails management etc will be of interest.
In case of finance, the subjects of interest shall be Insurance, Portfolio Management, International Finance, Working Capital Management, Funds generation, Financials Loans Management etc.
